Post & Packing
We have four options for you to chose from South Island under 5kgs, South Island over 5gs, North Island under 5gs, and North Island over 5gs. For overseas orders we will email you with the actual price of your order.
Returns & Credits
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase, but should it arrive damage, we will gladly replace it or give you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens and we can make arrangements.
What if I change my mind
Please chose carefully we have no obligation to refund your purchase if you simply change your mind. However we value your custom and in most cases will offer you a credit note. All returns must be undamaged and unworn. The return post & packing is at your cost. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act and the Fair Trading Act are not affected by this policy
What if I'm not sure what size I need
We do try to indicate sizes where possible, if this is not clear then give us a call and we can give you some more information over the phone. In many case we will be happy to make to order, a specific size, though this can take a little time.
